Dental Therapists

Rebecca Andrew DDT DDH

We are one of very few surgeries in this country to be able to offer the services of a dental therapist.  Becky see patients on referral and is able to provide dental health education, carry out routine small fillings, extract primary teeth under local anaesthesia and carry out hygiene treatments. She is also able to apply materials such as fluoride and fissure sealants to teeth, take dental radiographs and carry out temporary restorations.

Hygienists

Fiona Power EDH

Fiona Power, Kay Jones. Lida Bassan and Ellie Kami are important members of the team.  As your gums are the 'foundations' of your teeth, your gums must be strong and firm in order to maintain healthy teeth.  The hygienist's role is to advise and treat patients on all aspects of oral hygiene and gum treatments.  Your role in preventing dental disease is as important as that of the Dental Team if not more.

Our support team at Putney Dentists consists of a Practice Manager who is responsible for  dealing with the smooth running of the practice and with your queries. Our two receptionists are your first point of contact and will arrange and remind you of your appointments. Our four trained dental surgery assistants assist our dentists to ensure that your treatment is comfortable and our cleaner and gardener ensures that the place is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
